Deep Relaxation
Full-body massage using light to medium pressure designed to calm your nervous system, release general tension, and leave you feeling restored. Ideal for stress relief, recovery days, and overall maintenance.
Body Flow Reset Protocol
An original neuromuscular release and autonomic restoration system developed for clients whose chronic holding patterns, restricted movement, or persistent tension have not responded to conventional massage. This protocol works with your nervous system's own intelligence, using layered waves of activation and settling to restore optimal muscle tone, healthy nervous system balance, and movement free from compensatory guarding. Two-hour minimum for the initial session.
Deep Tissue and Myofascial Release
Targeted focus work for areas that need more attention. Sustained pressure and fascial techniques address chronic tension, restricted movement, and problem areas that standard massage does not resolve.
*Every session is a flat rate, whichever focus you choose — your selected service is simply your intended focus, not locked in, and we fine-tune it together at your consult.

David King, LMT
I am a licensed massage therapist serving West Albuquerque, Corrales, Rio Rancho, and Placitas. I specialize in deep tissue work, myofascial release, and a neuromuscular protocol I developed called the Body Flow Reset. My clients include first responders, veterans, active service members, medical professionals, and anyone else who puts their body through demanding work and needs it to perform.
My approach is simple. Your nervous system is intelligent and it responds to informed touch. When the body has been running in a high-demand state for long enough, it forgets how to stand down on its own. Muscles stay braced. Sleep deteriorates. Recovery stalls. I work with your body's existing patterns to help it release what it no longer needs to hold onto.
I keep things simple and professional. You tell me what you need, I get to work, and I leave you feeling like a King.
